Please rest assured that all products are official, sealed directly from the respective companies in Korea.

All products, including lightsticks, do not come with a warranty. In the event of an issue with a lightstick, we will require an unboxing video that includes the following:

1. The opening of the parcel.
2. The address and waybill clearly visible in the video.
3. The video must not be edited or cut in any way.

This is to ensure that the lightstick is indeed from our store. Given the prevalence of counterfeit lightsticks in the market, this process is essential to verify the authenticity of your purchase. If any of these requirements are not met, kpocashop reserves the right to refuse to assist in requesting an exchange from the respective company.

Please also note that we do not offer refunds, and exchanges are subject to the discretion of the respective companies in Korea.

Outboxes/Packaging are a protective cover to protect sealed products from impact, hence fine scratches, scratched, discolouration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, which cannot be a reason for exchange/refunds.

There may be some scratches on the product due to manufacturing process. This may occur during production and it is not a defective product, hence exchanges/refunds are not possible.

Preparation: Upon receiving your order, it will be ship out within 3-5 working days.

How is it delivered?
Depending on size & product type, for photocards/postcards/paper products it will be sleeved, toploaded/sturdy backing board, bubble wrapped.

What delivery method will be used?
Available delivery option are Singapore post, FedEx International and Amarex Express International.

How long does it take to receive my order?
(For Ready To Ship) Order will be mailed out within 5 working days after order is placed. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

(For PRE-ORDER) Please note that order will be mailed out to you up to 4 weeks from DATE OF RELEASE if no delay from the official website/company. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

International Shipping

*Registered Airmail is the cheapest and affordable option available. Kindly note that by opting for this, you agreed to risk of lost/long transit time. 
Please make sure to provide your full address and also keep an eye on your country’s post office notice to collect your mail if required, as any unclaimed mail may be returned by the post without any notice. In the event of this, no refunds will be given, buyer has to pay mailing fee for us to mail it out again.

Please note that any delivery delays are beyond our control. We encourage you to stay updated on your country’s shipping situation (e.g., strikes, suspensions, or nationwide announcements). How much is shipping fee?

Are my order subjected to tax/customs?
Tax/Customs depend on the shipping destination. Do note that this will be charged by the customs to receiver if imposed in any case, and receiver has to pay to receive the parcel. Kindly check on the import country’s custom rules. We do not collect any tax on behalf of customs.
