BLACKPINK - Official Lightstick (Special Edition)

Please read carefully before making your purchase

Please rest assured that all products are official, sealed directly from the respective companies in Korea.

All products, including lightsticks, do not come with a warranty. In the event of an issue with a lightstick, we will require an unboxing video that includes the following:

1. The opening of the parcel.
2. The address and waybill clearly visible in the video.
3. The video must not be edited or cut in any way.

This is to ensure that the lightstick is indeed from our store. Given the prevalence of counterfeit lightsticks in the market, this process is essential to verify the authenticity of your purchase. If any of these requirements are not met, kpocashop reserves the right to refuse to assist in requesting an exchange from the respective company.

Please also note that we do not offer refunds, and exchanges are subject to the discretion of the respective companies in Korea.

Outboxes/Packaging are a protective cover to protect sealed products from impact, hence fine scratches, scratched, discolouration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, which cannot be a reason for exchange/refunds.

There may be some scratches on the product due to manufacturing process. This may occur during production and it is not a defective product, hence exchanges/refunds are not possible.

Available delivery option are Courier (Local), Speedpost Saver International, FedEx International, Amarex Express International and DHL Express Worldwide

How long does it take to receive my order?
(Ready To Ship) Order will be mailed out within 5 working days after order is placed. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

(PRE-ORDER) Please note that order will be mailed out to you up to 4 weeks from RELEASE DATE, if no delay from the official website/company. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

Local Shipping (Singapore): 2-3 business days

International Shipping 

1. (Speedpost Saver International - Max 2kg): 8 to 16 business days (depend on countries)
*This is the most economical shipping option. By selecting this method, you acknowledge and accept the risk of delays, long transit times, or possible loss.

Tracking may only be available up to your country’s postal system for certain destinations. Once the parcel leaves the origin country, it is beyond our control. 

Please ensure your address is complete and monitor your local postal notices for collection. Unclaimed parcels may be returned without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

2. Express Worldwide: 2-10 business days (depend on countries)
Tracking will be provided and is reliable. Orders will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International, or Aramex Express International—whichever option offers the most affordable rate.

Please note that any delivery delays are beyond our control. We encourage you to stay updated on your country’s shipping situation (e.g., strikes, suspensions, or nationwide announcements). In the event of such disruptions, we can only resume shipping once international services are restored. Thank you for your understanding.

How much is shipping fee?

Are my order subjected to tax/customs?
Tax/Customs depend on the shipping destination. Do note that this will be charged by the customs to receiver if imposed in any case, and receiver has to pay to receive the parcel. Kindly check on the import country’s custom rules. We do not collect any tax on behalf of customs.
