Are the Photocards/album inclusions real and official?
All photocards/album inclusions sold on Kpocashop are 100% official and authentic, inclusions are first-hand from albums (contributed to Korea's official music chart) and bought from official Korea website.

Standard photocards condition
All photocards are generally in good condition, however kindly note that ‘manufactured defects’, or the way it’s stacked in the album are all beyond our control and cannot be reason for exchange or refunds. We do not check and inspect condition under lighting.

Album inclusion - All inclusions were sleeved as it was immediately upon unsealing from the packaging/album. We only check and inspect for major defect such as bent corners as 'defective' reason only and we do not sell any product that comes with the mentioned 'defective' reason.
For printed materials eg. pc or postcard, imprints, scratches, press marks, etc. that comes from manufacturing, or the way it was packed in albums, are not subject to exchange or refunds. 

Sealed/Sleeved Photocards directly from website - Kindly note that for bonus photocard as gift that comes sealed/sleeved directly from website, we will not be unsealing/taking it out at all. In this case it will be sleeved/sealed as pictured on the product page. The above mentioned applies here and are not subject to exchange or refunds. 
In the case of a bonus photo card as a gift, imprinting and scratches, ink splashes, warping, printing dust, and back defects that can only be identified by light reflection cannot be a reason for exchange or return. (Standard policy from Korea websites)

How is it delivered?
Depending on size & product type, for photocards/postcards/paper products it will be sleeved, toploaded/sturdy backing board, bubble wrapped.

What delivery method will be used?
Available delivery option are Courier (Local), Speedpost Saver International, FedEx International and Amarex Express International.

How long does it take to receive my order?
(For Ready To Ship) Order will be mailed out within 5 working days after order is placed. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

(For PRE-ORDER) Please note that order will be mailed out to you up to 4 weeks from DATE OF RELEASE if no delay from the official website/company. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

Local Shipping (Singapore): 2-3 business days

International Shipping 

1. (Speedpost Saver International - Max 2kg): Up to 11 business days
*This is the most economical shipping option. By selecting this method, you acknowledge and accept the risk of delays, long transit times, or possible loss.

Tracking may only be available up to your country’s postal system for certain destinations. Once the parcel leaves the origin country, it is beyond our control. 

Please ensure your address is complete and monitor your local postal notices for collection. Unclaimed parcels may be returned without notice. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

3. Aramex Express International: 3-10 business days (Depending on countries)

Please note that any delivery delays are beyond our control. We encourage you to stay updated on your country’s shipping situation (e.g., strikes, suspensions, or nationwide announcements). How much is shipping fee?
Shipping fee are calculated at checkout.

Are my order subjected to tax/customs?
Tax/Customs depend on the shipping destination. Do note that this will be charged by the customs to receiver if imposed in any case, and receiver has to pay to receive the parcel. Kindly check on the import country’s custom rules. We do not collect any tax on behalf of customs.
