Kindly note that delivery of your order to you will only start as estimated dispatch above, if no delay.

We will only ship your order out when all the items in the same order have arrived. Please order separately if you want to receive it individually according to its release date.

Product cannot be cancelled and returned due to change of mind.

Upon receiving your orders, it will sent straight to the official company. As this is a preorder product, kindly note the release date. The release date can be postpone/delivery may be delayed without official announcement due to the company’s issue.

Damaged / Inaccurate order received

All discrepancies must be accompanied with an full unboxing video, film without interruption from before opening to checking the item so that the invoice number is visible. If there is no video or it is difficult to check accurately due to suspected edit or split video, acceptance may be restricted
