Please note that in any case,

- The outboxes/packaging are a protective cover to protect products from impact, hence fine scratches, scratched, discolouration, damages etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, which cannot be a reason for exchange/refunds. 

- There may be some scratches on the product due to manufacturing process. This may occur during production and it is not a defective product, hence exchanges/refunds are not possible. 

Sealed products: All sealed products are factory-sealed and we will not be responsible for any manufacturing errors or damages (e.g. missing content/internal damages). No exchanges/refunds will be given for any issues deemed as manufacturing errors.

Unsealed products: All products were sleeved as it was immediately upon unsealing, terms mentioned above applies.

Preparation: Upon receiving your order, it will be ship out within 3-5 working days.

How is it delivered?
Depending on size & product type, for photocards/postcards/paper products it will be sleeved, toploaded/sturdy backing board, bubble wrapped.

What delivery method will be used?
Available delivery option are Singapore post, FedEx International and Amarex Express International.

How long does it take to receive my order?
(For Ready To Ship) Order will be mailed out within 5 working days after order is placed. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

(For PRE-ORDER) Please note that order will be mailed out to you 2-4 weeks from DATE OF RELEASE if no delay from the official website/company. Please noted the estimated days stated is calculated after order has been shipped out, not from time of successful order placed.

International Shipping 

1. (Registered Airmail - Max 2kg): Click here for the transit time
*Registered Airmail is the cheapeast and affordable option available. Kindly note that by opting for this, you agreed to risk of lost/long transit time. 
Please make sure to provide your full address and also keep an eye on your country’s post office notice to collect your mail if required, as any unclaimed mail may be returned by the post without any notice. In the event of this, no refunds will be given, buyer has to pay mailing fee for us to mail it out again.

How much is shipping fee?

Are my order subjected to tax/customs?
Tax/Customs depend on the shipping destination. Do note that this will be charged by the customs to receiver if imposed in any case, and receiver has to pay to receive the parcel. Kindly check on the import country’s custom rules. We do not collect any tax on behalf of customs.
